Shipping and Return Policy

1. All on-line orders for Du-Ha products  are shipped Ground Freight with Freight charged to customer at Purolator or UPS estimated charges.
   
   
2. Some Du-Ha Bins are shipped by cubic size and not weight.
   
   
3. All returned merchandise must have a return authorization (RMA) number.
   Call 1-866-587-4712 to obtain an RMA number.
   
   
4. Returned merchandise  must be prepaid by customer, unless otherwise arranged. To arrange a return, call us toll free 866-587-4712 to arrange for an RMA number. We will email a shipping slip that is to be printed out and attached to the return carton. Returns must take place within 14 days of receiving your RMA email shipping slip. Any damages to the product will be deducted from the refund. Returns of open carton or product used must be returned within 30 days. Any unopened, unused merchandise can be returned up to 1 year from purchase date. Partial order returns do not qualify.  Merchandise returned without an RMA number or parcels shipped collect will be refused.
